AD: Is Pawan distancing self from mega family?

With the relase of AD, Trivikram and Pawan Kalyan have delivered an entertainer that is purely based on human relations. You can imagine this movie’s entertainment on the lines of a Nuvvu Naku Nacchav, for which Trivikram wrote dialogues almost a decade ago. 

And this time as director, Trivikram  has given his sensitive touch to explore the subject of human relations and attachment between close relatives, with the help of a powerful mass hero like Pawan Kalyan. Trivikram should have believed that someone like Pawan can take this subject to a deeper level touching all sections of the society, classes to the masses.  

We hear our elders expressing concern about “antarinchi pothunna sambandha bandhavyalu” even between people are related by blood, with our Telugu tradition as the backdrop. It is quite visible in a story where the hero strives to reunite a disturbed family. It is not a new subject altogether but for Pawan, it indeed is.

To depart from his super mass image itself is an adventure by Pawan, but this comes at the right time. This is also seen as an effort by Pawan to expand his fan base beyond men and youth to family audiences. One would also feel how apt is the title to our nativity and to the storyline it showed, and dispelled the fears all Pawan’s fans have had, in the title to go with Pawan’s image.

With the career-obsessed generation ignoring the simple pleasures of life, Trivikram reminded us of the relations and the importance of it in our lives. There was a particular scene in the movie where Pawan, an NRI watching a movie of Chiranjeevi appreciates his acting skills. When he asks for who he is and what he is up to now, he will learn he is not acting anymore and that his son has taken over his acting legacy.

Distancing from Mega Family?

If one looks for the reason for such a scene there pops a question immediately that Pawan wanted to show people (his fans?) that he is now disconnected to the Mega family. Well is this an indication to a step he will take in the coming days or if it is just a casual scene that showed he is no more associated with the Mega family remains a million dollar Question. We need to wait for a few days to probably read Pawan’s mind!
