'Potugadu' turned out to be the decent
entertainer in Rocking Star Manchu Manoj's career. This movie, in fact,
is a remake of Kannada super hit film 'Govindayanamaha'. The success of
the movie in both the versions has prompted the young superstar of
kollywood simbu to act in the remake of 'Potugadu' in Tamil. It is a known news that simbu
sang a song in 'Potugadu'. Tamil 'Potugadu' is likely to be directed by
Cheran while Santhanam will do an important character. Lagadapati
Sridhar will produce this movie.
Sakshi Chowdari, Simran Kaur Mundi,
Rachel and Anupriya have romanced with Manoj in this romantic
entertainer. Achu has scored the music. Pawan Wadeyar directed this
movie on Ramalakshmi Cine Creations.
